RETURNS 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital gift cards, as they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Returns or Refunds on other products and services can be conducted once it is brought to our attention within 72 hours (3 days). 

SCAMS

At NxtGen Giftcard Paradise, we take pride in the safety of our customers and we appreciate the loyalty that we receive from you therefore, we try our best to protect our customers from fraudulent activity and/or scams. We are aware of scammers promising to send money in exchange for gift cards in many different forms and fashions with many different scenarios. For example, the most popular, claiming to be affiliated with well known companies and/or organizations such as Samsung or a Government grant, just to name a few, and then proceed to convince you that you haven’t claimed your cash prize so they are informing you of such and helping you step by step to collect your prize. Unfortunately, the scam is usually revealed when you will be required to buy as many gift cards as instructed at your own expense in order to receive your prize/s. In some cases customers are told the card was redeemed already and instructed to purchase a new one or even to falsify information like being related to the individual just to receive a new Gift Card. 

NxtGen Giftcard Paradise Will not be held responsible for the refunding of anyone in any variation of the situations stated above as we make all the efforts possible on our behalf to safeguard our clients. Nevertheless, the decision is still yours to be made at the end after being cautioned. We will not be held responsible for refunding anyone in fraudulent situations.

GIFTCARD ERROR CODE

Upon buying a Gift Card for your personal use and the customer is presented with the error message of a Giftcard saying “Code has already been used” or any variation of such,the customer will be asked to provide  all the necessary information requested so that  an investigation can be conducted. An investigation can take up to 24 hours to 4 business days, despite that, if information is given to us before said time and days, the customer will be informed. On discovery that the product is faulty the customer can and/or will receive a replacement Card.

We do not issue refunds for digital gift cards, as they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES 

If you dispute a charge for a purchase made from Nxtgen Giftcard Paradise with your credit card company, we will cooperate with the credit card company/bank to provide all relevant information regarding the purchase. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or refuse to provide services to you in the future in the event of a chargeback.
